Our à la carte menu features the Binchotan Yakitori and Robatayaki dishes, with an array of authentic Japanese dishes. The menu gets updated every so often to ensure the freshest seasonal ingredients are used in select dishes, while some perennial favorites remain available all year-round.
Our Yakitori is as authentic as they come, made using traditional Japanese cuts and a Binchotan grill imported straight from Japan, giving the Yakitori its inimitable charcoal flavor.
We source our chickens from Nomad Farms, a multi-award winning Summerland Heritage Chooks producer that raises only 1000 birds per week. They are organically free-ranged, resulting in a slower growth rate and a beautifully balanced bird.
Their naturally slower growth rate allows their organs, muscles, and bones to develop in harmony, and their longer outdoor life allows them to develop intramuscular fat and nutrient-dense meat with an outstanding texture and rich flavor not commonly found in Australia.

RESERVATIONS
The general dining features our intimate booth and table seatings, served à la carte and Yakitori Omakase. The experience is available for lunch and dinner, from Wednesday - Monday.
