The menu
À la carte
Our à la carte menu features the Binchotan Yakitori and Robatayaki dishes, with an array of authentic Japanese dishes. The menu gets updated often to ensure the freshest seasonal ingredients are used in select dishes, while some perennial favorites remain available all year-round.
Our Yakitori is the epitome of authenticity, made with traditional Japanese cuts and expertly grilled over Binchotan charcoal imported directly from Japan, delivering an unparalleled depth of flavor.
We proudly source our chickens from Aurum Chicken, a collective of leading Australian poultry specialists dedicated to producing the finest locally raised chicken, cockerel, pullet, duck, and game birds. With an emphasis on quality, their partner farmers maintain strict low-density standards for Fook Wong Chicken, ensuring a maximum stocking rate of just 30kg per square meter—significantly lower than the industry code requirement of 40kg per square meter.
Their naturally slower growth rate allows their organs, muscles, and bones to develop in harmony, and their longer outdoor life allows them to develop intramuscular fat and nutrient-dense meat with an outstanding texture and rich flavor not commonly found in Australia.

RESERVATIONS
The Yakitori Counter offers a choice between the 2 Yakitori Set Menus and the à la carte option. Our establishment is open daily for both lunch and dinner. It is important to note that the Set Menu options, which include Yakitori and Deluxe, are only available during dinner service.
