ABOUT
A luxurious 8-course omakase experience featuring a mouthwatering deluxe Wagyu burger made from the combination of Japan’s finest Omi and Kobe beef along with Australia’s own Blackmore/Sher M9+ Wagyu meat. Gently minced in-house and cooked in our Josper grill at 600° degrees to lock in the flavours. Served with local cos lettuce and free ranged egg on a sweet French milk buns (Pains au Lait) with a caramelised Soy, Mirin and Daiginjyo Sake sauce
